Edyta Piekarska – HR and Office Manager
I have always been interested in group dynamics and this led to me studying Sociology in Poland. Experiencing and observing various working environments sparked my interest in HR Management and I have been working in HR since 2014.
I really believe that HR is there to help teams to support the culture of engagement, trust and purpose and I am a strong believer in Servant Leadership. I have been with Beyond Limits since 2018 and I have never looked back since. The values of Beyond Limits are aligned with what I strongly believe.
Since starting in 2018, my role has expanded and I have been given the opportunity to grow professionally and personally. I have great pleasure on working alongside dedicated teams of people who go above and beyond every day. When not at work I like to immerse myself in gardening and spend time appreciating the beautiful scenery of Devon and Cornwall and surrounding areas.
Esther Coules – Senior Administrator & Mental Health First Aider
I’ve worked in an office environment for most of my working life. I started out as an Office Junior with a local firm of Solicitors before working my way up to becoming a legal secretary.
I worked as administrator for Broadreach House, an alcohol and drug rehabilitation service, but unfortunately, after nearly 5 years with them, the house was forced to close and I found myself out of work for the first time in 17 years. Luckily for me, I saw the job to work as part of the admin team here at Beyond Limits and the rest, as they say, is history. I feel lucky to work with such a friendly team and love working here at Beyond Limits. I really feel that I’ve found my niche here.
At home, I love reading, listening to music, visits to the cinema and theatre and also spending time with my family and friends. With my husband, I enjoy taking long walks around the coast or visiting various National Trust properties where I indulge my hobby of photography.
Emily Cheeseman – Office Administrator
After completing my BA (Hons) in Education at the University of Plymouth I wanted to work in an alternative environment to the classroom. I have had multiple receptionist jobs over the last 5 years and wanted to expand into more administrative tasks. The team at Beyond Limits match my values and are a great team to work with.
In my spare time I like to play with my Golden Retriever, Elby, with my partner. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and enjoying local spots around Plymouth.
