Team Leader for Anna
Anna is a lady in her 40’s who enjoys getting out and about exploring Cornwall. She is looking for a Team Leader, someone to join and help lead her team so that she can continue to develop her independence.

Salary: £12.87 plus £70 per sleep
Hours: Full Time
Contract: Permanent

Anna is looking to recruit a Team Leader that has some experience in leading people. You must be forward thinking and a good motivator of people, Anna needs someone who is committed to the values of inclusion and who will support her to live the life she chooses. As a team leader you will lead from the front and set examples for the rest of the team. You should be someone who is highly self-motivated and understands how to get the best from your team. You will be responsible for planning rotas, making sure that Anna has the support she needs and the overall smooth running of the team. A flexible approach to your working day and a good sense of humour will be an asset. You will be allocated management hours and time for professional development and mandatory training.
