Bargains in charity shops, music and Harry Potter, just a few of Lou’s favourite things. Lou is funny, feisty and loves to sing and dance, she is looking for caring reliable staff to support her to manage negative feelings.
Position/s: Support Workers
Salary: £10.15 p.h. plus £70 per sleep
Hours: 15 hrs per week

Lou is very sociable and is currently needing support around her blossoming relationship with her partner. Lou likes to spend time with her team as well as having some independent time. She has many hobbies including shopping and finding treasures in local charity shops and she also enjoys listening to music and singing along to musicals. Lou has a great sense of humour and likes to have a laugh with her team, she loves a practical joke and is a huge fan of Harry Potter. She called her newly acquired kitten Harry and she likes to spend time looking after him. Lou requires her support team to be patient, understanding, resilient and committed to her journey to independence and a fulfilling life. Lou has a lot of potential but sometimes she can engage with behaviours that are risky. Lou needs to be confident that her staff are calm and can handle these situations with her. We provide a comprehensive induction with ongoing personal development training. We are looking for people to join us who have the right set of values and who are fully committed to the values of inclusion.

A DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Check will be requested in the event of the individual being offered a position with Beyond Limits, the cost of which will be to the employee, however, this will be returned after successful completion of probation period (6 months).
