As an 80’s music lover, Clair knows all the artists and songs and prides herself on her vinyl collection. She also enjoys walking in the countryside and at the beach and even better if her friends dog joins her.

Salary: £22,406 per annum

Hours: Full Time

Clair has Asperger’s and can find the world a little confusing at times. She has spent long periods in institutional care and is still getting used to having her own home. She is looking for a senior support worker to join her team and she wants someone who has some life experience and a mature outlook. Each day will be different, depending on how Clair is, some days will be busy and some days will be quiet, you will need to be someone who is happy with both. This is an established team with experienced team members, you will have the opportunity to do some shadow shifts and we offer a comprehensive induction with ongoing personal and professional development training. As the senior support worker you will be responsible along with the rest of the team for supporting Clair to live her best life. She has a lot of potential and just needs positivity to achieve her dream and aspirations. Your senior support worker duties will include help with administration and stepping in for the Team Leader when they are unavailable. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to take that next step in their career.
